Unreal Labs Inc. is responsible for personal information collected through our informational website at unreallabs.ai (the “Website”) and inquiries sent to our team. We explore how to run cloud agents efficiently. You do not need an account to browse this Website, and it does not provide a hosted agent, accept payments, or connect to your business tools.

This policy covers Website visits and related correspondence. If you later use a separate product or engage us to provide services, the privacy information and agreements supplied for that relationship will apply to that activity.

2. Information we receive

Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, any name or company information you provide, the contents of your message, and any attachments. Our email provider processes those communications for us. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or information you are not authorized to share.

Technical information. Our hosting and security providers process information needed to deliver and protect the Website, such as IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser or device information included in requests, and error or security events. This can include information used to identify abusive traffic and investigate incidents.

Third-party services. The Website links to our profiles on X, LinkedIn, Discord, and GitHub. Those links do not embed social feeds. Clicking a link takes you to the provider’s service, which may receive technical and referral information and handle it under its own privacy policy. Messages you send to us on those services are also subject to their policies.

3. How and why we use information

We use information to:

• Deliver and secure the Website, troubleshoot problems, and investigate misuse.
• Read and respond to inquiries and discuss potential collaboration or services.

We use service providers for hosting, content delivery, security, and email. These include Google Cloud for hosting, Cloudflare for content delivery and protection, and Google Workspace for email. They process information needed to perform those functions. Access within Unreal Labs is limited to people who need it for the purposes described here.

We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, or where necessary to protect rights or investigate abuse. Information may also be shared with advisers or a successor organization in a business restructuring or acquisition, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through this Website.

6. Retention and security

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to answer your request, manage an ongoing discussion, and meet relevant legal or recordkeeping obligations. How long this takes depends on the nature of the inquiry, whether it leads to a business relationship, and whether a dispute or legal requirement calls for continued retention.

Technical and security records are retained according to their operational purpose and our providers’ retention settings, including the time needed to investigate incidents. Records may remain in backups until they are replaced through the normal backup cycle. You can ask us about retention for information relating to you at the contact address above.

We use access controls and other measures designed to protect the information we handle. No website, email transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. International processing

Unreal Labs is a US company, and our service providers operate internationally. Information may therefore be processed outside the country where you live, including in the United States. The Website concerns our research and business activities and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information that should be deleted, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
